Der Reise, COTD and Moon.

personally id like them all because some had highlights where others didnt example for kino rounds are quick and you can pack-apunch easily but too small moon was awesomly massive but it took awile too get everything

I like them all except for Shangr-La.  That map sucked, small narrow paths leading to nowhere.  The best thing about that map was the baby gun, even though you could easily get downed by using it. 

My fav would be Der Reise, Kino, & Moon.

Moon I only played once, but that map honestly scared the living crap outta me. O_O

Der Riese, Shi No Numa, Verruckt, Nacht Der Untoten, Moon, and Ascension

myn was the first one in black ops the ones toward the end kinda sucked but the oringial one were pretty good too.
