I can't believe nobody has noticed this. Its gamebreaking!

Seriously! I am amazed nobody has noticed it or made a thread about it. After being silent since the game came out, I have to say this and bring it out to the community. Most of the buildings in MW3 are architecturally wrong. I feel like they gave a five year old a marker and told him to scribble. Seriously! When I used to play this thing that dares be called a "game", I was always afraid the building would collapse over me!(its not only the buildings that are damaged, btw). Of course, I would remind myself that this is call of duty, and everything is made out of indestructible kit kat wrappers. so has anybody else noticed this horrid mistake? I can't be the only one!
i think thats has more to do with the wii than the game its self everything looks good on the xbox
Its on every console, since the buildings are practically the same in all consoles, except for a few minor details(and by that, i mean like....smoke, fire, lamps, plants, couches, dead people, etc.)
How can you know?
That the dome in dome, for example. No way the thin metal can support that giant ball without having any more support.
lolwut.
It has no support beams.... Okay, this is how the dome on dome is like

its highly unstable......now this is how it SHOULD be like

Better support.
Well, remember that the devs are not the smartest people around (trololol), so they just scribbled some maps and put them together.
Only Diego......
For some reason I was expecting an actual problem.
whats wrong with you, padiego reporting a real problem? LOL
4 steel beams should be enough to support it i would think, plus if u look up in the dome its all tied together with steel overhead.
I still feel unsafe fighting in the dome....I think it needs more support..
Lol. Love this thread.......
The dome is an omnidirectional antenna for a radar station, it is hollow and supported by a central beam. All other MW3 buildings appear architecturally sound but I really wouldn't want to spend the night on any map as a complete lack of doors could get pretty chilly and especially Village as like most honest COD players I don't own a tent.
THIS IS AN AWESOME THREAD.

jup I agree its AWESOME ![]()

So what does DMC stand for?
The dome is just like a big balloon, I went inside it in theater mode on the PS3.
It's Call of Duty, not Battlefield. In this game buildings can be shot by 500 RPGs and not collapse.
It is true that some of the buildings are questionable to their structure, however, in saying that they are usually fairly sound and supported to be somewhat realistically built. What is unrealistic is how the buildings can withstand damage from explosions which is something even battlefield can't properly handle. But in a COD game if things were destructable the maps would turn into flat open wargrounds in no time (AC-130 would level the whole map)
lol, i've worked in construction building s4it for about 10years now, you are correct the buildings would never work in real life. you must of been drunk or bored to think of that one though.

It was aimed at padiego i just remembered.
Padiego, No.
well a double positive is still a postive.
skeedoosh!
aye, you were talkin to paddy, thats throws a monkey wrench into the mix then doesnt it?
Make it two monkeys!
But padiego, really
fmg's
hackers
and you come with buildings that arent possible?
lol
I do not see many smoke detectors and the fire escapes are not marked either. The Fire Marshall would shut the whole game down.
Don't forget the explosive barrels of oil that litter some of the maps 0.o
That too. I swear, those buildings are death traps, if the fmg9s dont kill ya, the building probably will. Also, most of them are just......i don't know, un-efficient, and bathrooms are scarce! What if a soldier has to go pee pee in the middle of the battle?
Oh and I wasn't drunk and bored at the same time. I was bored, and I was over at a friend's house playing mw3 on the wii because he thought mw3 would be better on the wii(it was, at least for him, i saw it as crap, he saw it as heaven, which tells you how much this game sucks across all consoles). His neighbor does the happy stuff on his porch a lot, and my friend's window was open. I guess that explains it. Oh and i finally found my black ops disc, so i may get to playing it in a few months after i recover from "Mw3 shock"
What if they have porta-johns and you can blow them up from the methane gas build up when enough people go in there to relieve themselves? LOL
Gamebreaking, huh? Well, if you're so unsatisfied of the game, then might as well play the game everyone didn't like either, Black Ops. Yeah, they're the ups and downs of video games, but the Wii is just incabable of producing your needs. Now, I'm not hating on the Wii. It's my primary console. It's just getting old, don't you think?
RobbyX from old UE??????????????????
It's all been getting old, I want out.
But my dear sir, the gamebreaking problem is in all consoles, not just wii. And to be honest, I think the wii got the good side of the deal, because like I have said so many times, when people that play xbox or ps3 play MW3 on the wii, they feel like they're floating on puffy unicorn clouds. That's telling me how bad the game must be on the other consoles that they think the wii version is best.
I'm just glad they finally gave us some bridges to troll under.
Some buildings in BO look like they WERE blown by 50 rpg's (eg Cracked). Downturn is pretty bad to. They didn't do their safety checks before walking out onto that street.
this is one of the coolest threads i've read lately
