    yeah very true but when you see a gold gun in black ops it was rare (well it used to be) but now in mw3 i see a gold ACR and im like yeah whatever. I know not many people prestige but if you rewarded people for prestiging with like little rewards each prestige and when you hit max prestige you can get something amazing like a gold gun.

    Well yes thay have to make gold guns, VERY hard to get.  Soo every time you see one, you get that expresion that we all know.

    The expression we all know?  I know when I see a gold gun of any sort, I think a few things:

     

    "How lame is that"

    "Somebody spends waaaay too much time on this game"

    "How about using a different gun"

     

    And a few others. But never a positive thing. I think gold camo is quite lame to be honest.

     

    I have it unlocked for a few guns, but refuse to use it.

     

    To me, and the guys I normally play with, gold camo went from being a "Status", to just an indicator that someone does nothing but play cod all day every day.

    Well i do like the gold guns, but more than the camo. What i like is the challenge factor, i remember in COD4 that i had to sneak on the enemy and try to get a headshot.

     

    I dont have a problem gold guns are made for hardcore players, people play for than "Unesesary" things, a right example is WOW.  lol

    GOLD GUNS? THat's what y'all are concerned with? I always wanted platinum guns. I just like platinum better than gold.

    What I really want is to sign the petition to change the wording from petition to wishlist. But the ink keeps blocking up my screen.

     

    As for DLC guns. Hmm, its do-able only if the underlying engine is designed to permit it. Like downloading new cars to a racing game, I guess. But I seem to recall being told the COD engine doesn't permit it-that's something hard-written to the disc. Maybe you should ask one of the people on your friend's list. Ask Vahn-he'd know. (And did I mention how impressed I am that you have staff and such from the gaming company on your FL? I am. In fact, I think I just wet myself.)

    I would vote on SP, but in MP might FPS lag extra animation.
