I usually have no problems when using Blind Eye, but I've have killed by attack helicopters and targeted by predator missile with no one near me. It rarely happens, but it does feel like Blind Eye occasionally fails.
The only ones I ever have is if I get shot by a sentry or air support... then I'll realise in the killcam that some n00b is running behind me jumping around to avoid the fire he incurs.
Just because you have have BE does not mean you are invisible. The killcam shows you with a red squre ... true.. I have not paid that much attention to see how I look in a kill cam when I am wearing it, because I do not wear it much tbh...
However I kill people all the time while they are wearing BE and I hear them screaming wondering how I found them.

I'm aware of that... But this guy only found me cause I had a red square around me, which shouldn't happen and I have killed people that have had Blind Eye on as well.
Some thing is up with blind eye, The last few days i've been get hit with preds, shoot by helis and get hit by reapers when no one is near me and i run blind eye on all classes
Was your perk 1 blindeye at the time? or was it an earned perk via specialist?
I remember a similar thread to this one and it seemed to be a glitch where specialist blindeye didnt always work if the heli was on its way into the map just before you earned blindeye.

You can get killed when you're using blind eye if a teammate is real close to you who doesn't use it.
Maybe also if you get tagged by someone who uses recon, but that I don't know for sure.
I thought Bowling said Recon would counter Assassin, not Blind Eye and there was no one next to me. I would of never made the clip if there was someone next to me that didn't have Blind Eye
