You are following me around spouting that walking tanks exist, but you refuse to post a link showing it. Dude get off my case please.

They do exist, this is a video game so it has its own story - the government never went into a crisis, also, eventually the U.S. will be able to afford it, you'd be surprised on what they can afford.
True, but who said that the US needs a full unmaned army? We can have a few of those things just to see how they in battle.

Those are small devices like cell phones and what not. Financially the US Government would never buy new battle tanks that walk on legs IF they even existed. Would legs even be that much of a benefit over treads? Also in 13 years the US definitely could not financially justify a full drone mech army. The advancement of a battle tank to legs is completely different then upgrading a cell phone.
Are you concerned that a video game isn't following a realistic enough timeline of the advancement of technology?
I agree with the author. when I saw the trailer, I was thinking that it was a joke.
they were high when they did the game? what I like in the modern warfare series is that it's a close future, the event are fictional but immersive, I don't want to play a futurist crappy game. I want weapons that exist, or prototype of next gen weapons. when I play a COD, that's what I want, if I want to play a futurist FPS, I don't buy a COD, there are plenty of better FPS which will do that... anyway activision wil never get my money on a game like that. this game is gonna be the biggest fail in the video game history... they should do something.
I can tell you now it won't be 'crappy'. It is the first open world Call of Duty, with several endings and choice between driving vehicles, switching between squad mates at any time in a mission. Treyarch also said that they will be pushing multiplayer and zombies to their limits, it'll be a great game. Give it a chance
The reason Black Ops II has nothing to do with the first one is becuase it's not called "Black Ops 2" it's called Black Ops II thats it no part two just two and stop your whining a lot of people had doubts about the first black ops and it was a huge success, so either shut up or just don't buy it easy as that
The black haired guy is not even Woods at all! That's a new character named Harper. And the guy that you play as is Alex Mason's son, David Mason. There are 1980's missions in the game (Flash backs that show you what happened to Mason, Woods, Hudson, & Weaver from each of their perspectives). Otherwise the game does take place in 2025.

Black ops two is gonna blow.
Is this blowing from personal experience?
Not that way... I could get banned for that.
Play the game before you call it a failure... jeebus.
Well it is Past or Present. The Past has been over done, as well as the present. The future setting give them a chance to be creative with weapons and streaks.
LOL did you just say the future is not over done? hahaha if you consider the past and present over done then you HAVE to consider the future over done. I don't believe any time frame is over done. Just my 2 cents.
