Cannot play Multiplayer

Hello,
I cannot seem to play multiplayer anymore, everytime i get connecting to online services, for up to 1 minute, then it says it cannot connect with the server and to check the status.
My friend can play on the same network without problems, but if we log my steam account in on his pc, i get the same message.
Can someone tell me what´s wrong?

After many time and don't know to do, they say what you banned.
They use us only for spend our money to them...
After that we is used wrapper.

Have you already tried to verify the integrity of the game cache as outlined in the link below? Out of curiosity, how many friends do you have on your Steam account?
Yes i have done that 3 times already, without succes
I can connect with dedicated server without problems, also special ops i can play online. Just not multiplayer.
I have 2 friends on steam currently

I've reinstalled the entire game, still nothing.
As i've said earlier, my mate can play on his own steam account without a problem.
Same for my girlfriend, takes 3-4 secs to log in.
When they switch to my account it just shows that it cannot connect to the server.
This has been going on for a week now, nothing has changed in the router settings in the last 2 years, and i've been able to play up till last weekend without problems...

It seems like it could be an issue with your account. Have you contacted Steam support to see if they can investigate any issues with your Steam account?
