    Non-premium members have to buy the DLC in a collection.

     

    Players who do not have Elite have to buy the DLC in a collection.

     

    They are effectively the same thing when it comes to matchmaking.

     

    The general playlists have only added those maps that are in the collection so you get a 'split' identical to that in Black Ops - those with and those without. It doesn't matter if you are an Elite Member or not.

    Can something be done about teammates destroying my killstreaks in HC.

    You are correct in what you say.

     

    Maybe it's just me but the matchmaking is just so much slower in MW3 compared to Black Ops.

    yes numerous times, its a knock on effect of richochet that insipid thing no-one wants, but hey we're only 20% of the cod community and this iw has a track record of ignoring any hc concerns unlike a certain other dev team

    Yes I agree but that is to do with the matchmaking itself and (I believe) not the maps (DLC or otherwise) Matchmaking has been slow since they patched it to try and get more local players to yourself - it was faster before but you may end up playing with anyone from anywhere. Now it is supposed to link you with players closer.

     

    I would prefer it to have the option to search Local (maybe same time zone, Country - like UK), Continent (Europe, USA, Asia etc) or Global.

     

    C4 in Dead Mans Hand is WAY TOO OVERPOWERED!!! It seems to be a mini nuke and devastates any in range - which is far greater than standard C4. If it has to remain in MW3 PLEASE amend it to be like standard range C4. Hopefully Black Ops 2 will NOT have deathstreks - they need to be removed forever!!!

    You're trying to make the best call of duty game you can? Great. You can start by:

     

    Reducing the amount of players needed for a match to start from 8 to 6  in all game modes except for FFA (I'm willing to accept that this may cause issues with the matchmaking system but until you actually explain to me in detail that it does I'm going to keep complaining about this)

     

    Remove collision on players that are on your team

     

    Add ingame autobalance

     

    Remove grenade icons from grenades thrown by people on your team

     

    Remove character model flinch when getting shot at (I'm actually on the fence with this. I'd actually really like to know your reason for having this in the game. But it is pretty annoying when you're aiming at someone's head at close range and you shoot 2 bullets quickly but only 1 hits because of the character model flinch)

     

    Add lean into the PC version of the game. Your reason for not doing this (or at least, Robert Trollings reason) was because you wanted the gameplay to be equal across all platforms. I guess you better lock out keyboard and mouse support for the PC version and ship it the game with Xbox controllers then... Cut the bs please...

     

    I can almost assure you that the majority of MW3 players would either agree with these changes or simply not notice that anything was changed. It would be similar to how a lot of people that play CoD don't really know what is they like about it compared to other FPS, when really its just the fact that it's 60 fps and has a nice feel.

     

    I'm not sure what I can say to convince you that I know what I'm talking about, so I'm just going to say, please listen to me. In the end you're the developer and you're allowed to do what you want to your game....

     

    These changes require little work and time yet they would significantly imrpove the games experience. These changes I predict could be made within a month to a month and a half at most?

     

    I greatly appreciate your responses to my earlier posts Ghandi, but if there's any post I make that I want you to respond to, it's this one.

    By moving the number of players required to start a match from 8 to 6 would be ok (but in certain modes and maps however, that would be a joke. FFA fine on all maps but for anything other than Dome that would be silly - Liberation or Black Box for example seem very unpopulated with 4 a side let alone reducing it to 3. I would rather wait a minute till a couple more join the lobby in this case.

     

    Collision detection with your own team is most noticeable at the start of matches and is very annoying. It can also be annoying during the game and I often get killed by it. Especially if one idiot stops or lies down in doorways and you can't get through. I have also been bumped off the edge in overwatch by team mates!!!!

     

    As far as I am concerned I want a game that is balanced for ALL players - no advantages or disadvantages - just a level playing field.

     

    I also want Grenade icons to be displayed ONLY if they are from the enemy and are going to damage/kill you. Again this can be very annoying and lead to unwarranted deaths.

     

    I understand the character flinch though and this can be greatly reduced by using 'Focus' proficiency. I admit it is annoying at times but you might as well remove Focus too without it. It is annoying when you line up a perfect shot but get hit by a bullet and throw your aim way off target and can't get any on because of it. This I find most annoying with a Sniper Rifle as someone hits you from across the map with a AR, SMG or even Machine Pistols but you can't aim to hit them because of excessive flinching. So I suppose I am on the fence with this one too. Maybe the Flinch could be tamed a bit and focus stops it entirely???

     

    Lean on the PC version has no interest to me as I am a console player.

     

    There are several factors that to me make this one of the best FPS shooters online (notice I said 'to me' and not a sweeping statement like THIS IS THE BEST FPS ONLINE SHOOTER as others will have different opinions) and smooth 60fps and 'feel' are just some of them. However I do play other games as well - not just FPS or shooter games but many games do not have the same appeal or 'feel' when online.

     

    The only other thing I would change that you ahven't mentioned about the gameplay would be a 'buff' to the weaker weapons to offer more variety and choice. It seems that I am continually using the same few weapons -- although now I am trying others to get them gold as my favourites (and everybody elses) are already gold but I must admit some are really not FUN to use and have no distinct reason to use them over others in the same class. I don't know why anyone would use or want to use the MG36 for example over any other of the LMG's. I like the look and overall feel of the CM901 BUT also know that I will lose every gun fight as it's fire rate is so slow even if I get the first shot in - why does the Type95 have rapid fire attachment  but this doesn't! I like the FAD as well but it does so little damage and takes 4 bullets minimum to kill - it has lower damage than the PP90M1, has slower movement speed (I compared these 2 has they have the same fire rate and still require 5 bullets at range although the range is better on the FAD). All primary weapons apart from the FAD take at least 1 bullet less at close range although it does have a better headshot multiplier to compensate. However I would prefer it to have a little more damage maybe raised to 35 instead of 30 and maybe reduce the headshot multiplier to 1.4 Like the other AR's. The M4A1 struggles at range too and it seems these weapons are best used on smaller maps or CQC maps - but they are often outgunned by SMG's in this area and you lose movement speed as well. If some of these were Buffed they would be more competitive and offer more choice and variety in the game - It is no point having these things in IF they are not as competitive - that is why the majority of players use the same few weapons.

    How about checking out the range and strength of the 1887 shotgun. You can snipe across the map with it. The power is way too strong in my opinion. I have had the real thing and it is not that powerful. It is an unfair advantage. Also, even if you are shooting first the player using the shotgun wins the fight. Check it out....or everyone will be using nothing but shotguns...

    The spawns are broken, especially in Domination, people from enemy team should not spawn behind you or near a flag.

     

    The spawn logic in Domination was what have made the gamemode interesting to play in previous CoD games, but since the spawn logic in MW3 has changed (people spawn all over the place), the gamemode feels like TDM with 3 points to capture, its not about dominating the enemies team anymore.

     

    If the devs are affraid of spawn trapping then how about creating intelligent maps which doesn't allow spawn trapping, instead of screwing up the spawn logic.
