Well it seems like "we at Boeing" are a little less mature, no wonder they run planes out that shouldnt pass inspection, because the adults that work there are more worried about what goes on in Xbox Land instead of worrying about planes that fail inspections. Its hilarious that someone who works for them can get so worked up about one cheater in a little thing like a video game.
At least we know why the FAA is jumping down Boeings throat recently due to the 757s windsheild issues presently going on. What did that inspector do ? Did he come in to work mad because one of his kids moved his monopoly peice past Boardwalk when he wasnt looking ? How about that landing gear failure in Warsaw ? Was that because you guys are on the ball 100 percent of the time ?
They have 25 million gamers on this game alone. Give it a break and let it go. Attacking the company on their own service is being a pain in the rear.
What I meant by timestamp is the GAME has a timestamp when they cheated. So for example if they cheated on June 1st and you reported a youtube from that date someone posted it then they really dont have a time stamp of when they actually cheated in game.
So if someone reports them AFTER they got reset on the 2nd and says "Bancandy this guy cheated on May 30th then the player will get reset AGAIN for nothing without that actual gamestamp.
You are just pisses because one guy you are stalking isnt reset yet. But meanwhile you violate Xbox policy by harrassing him about getting banned . which then leads to him sending you a message saying he wont get banned. Etc.
Its been months since you reported him but you are still contacting him and stalking him.
Just like when you named and shamed before and got told not to your reply was the same "Well if they ban me or remove it then it shows they dont care". Well guess what you got a warning.
Now at this point Bancandy could just have a complete block on incoming messages from you just for being an annoyance and flooding her email box full of "Why isnt this guy still not banned" emails.
all you have to do and are supposed to do is report the guy one time. Leave the report go and leave the Gamertag alone. If in a month the report seemed to slip thru the cracks then report him one more time.
Its funny how I can send a message to BanCandy or to her Gamertag and get a response in hours. After that point I leave it be. You may notice I at least respect the position she is in when getting 100 thousand reports a day, especially when one of them thinks he is so important that he must jump ahead of the line.
You have no right to judge her or Activision because all you are is on the outside looking in. You know nothing of what goes on behind the scenes.
If this guy makes you feel so threatened then call Microsoft and ask to speak with one of the VPs.
Get over it . they have their job to do without you watching over their shoulder. They also have it stated that they will not discuss the detail of any investigation, so just grow up like the rest of us and wait.
