Same here. Ive been looking for people with this title in lobbys and havnt found a soul with it. I finally got "Infected" though lol

You get the transfer title by knifing someone who hs the transfer title in use. This title is on PS3, I have it   I tried to upload a picture to show you guys but it's not working

I have transfer title..........I got it in infected..........u get it when u knife someone with this title

I was playing all or nothing so you get chance to knife lot of people and i guess best chance to get title in that game mode

I have it too. Easiest place to get it is in the "community playlist" choose the game mode with all or nothing and one in the chamber. You start off with only a knife (and throwing knife) so it increases your chances of getting knife kills plus people are generous about using the transfer title in these game modes.

This title is everywhere now.  I've seen it a lot on DZ and KC lately.  I picked it up in DZ a few weeks ago and every other player I saw was running with it. 

i got it a few weeks ago and have been displaying it ever since to spread the love - no one has knifed me in 3 weeks.

If you want to stick a knife in me, look for me in the East Coast evenings (lucifudge) and join my game. 

I have the Transfer title and so does my bf (Will-a-mator4000)  If you by chance end up in a TDM lobby with either one of us, shoot us a message to put the title up and you can try your luck at obtaining said title you are seeking.....  But it's something you're gonna have to earn! lol
