I think it's because that by scoping in for one second the aim assist locks onto a target and it gets you the kill.

In my experience I've never had any problems with it. Usually when I get beat by snipers they're usually using aim bot, are set up well, or lucky shot. Quick scoping has never rattled me. I used to do it on MWR and BO without aim assist, and I have been considering trying it with the CCP this weekend. In general though I do think it's a less ______ way to play. I couldn't think of a word, but the aim assist on it makes it too easy to do, making it require less skill than it should require.

• u will get lots of answer to QS every one has there own style
• i only QS when rushed on or go round a corner head on with someone
• but if u practice it in ( privet match) QS only with mates u will get better
• some ppl try to QS every shot ( even when long range )
• i have seen ppl try and hit a QS when there is no need to just take the kill
• know your limits when QS
• same as trick shots
• thinkin you can hit every QS will make u rage
• QS is fun and a skill to master
• once u get the hang of it it can save u now and then when rushed on
• only time i hate QS is when u get someone on your team in SnD
• and u can tell right off hes gonna try and be fancy with his sniper
• and a easy kill turns into 4-5 QS misses then he dies
• to here him rage hitmarkers bs and so on
