Well, not bad for your first commentary! Here's what I suggest:
- have the game volume up just a bit so that there's some sound other than your voice (makes it seem less like a lecture, IMO)
- maybe for each commentary, focus more on just one topic? In this one you kind of blended "Why MW3 is Annoying" with "Why I Have a Wii"
- your title was "Very Fast Gun Game". Maybe you could have talked a bit about the match itself? E.g. reactions, thoughts

Anyway, good job!

Sound is a little low, i was using the wii mic to record my voice

Just watched your video. Not a bad start. If you could improve the resolution of the video, that would help. Maybe invest in a HD PVR. I agree with codcanuck that you could either speak louder or get closer to your microphone and choose a topic. Good call, codcanuck!

Record some MW3 gameplay next.

What codcanuck said. Also, not only is the volume low, but it also sounds like you are whispering. Like you think your mom might walk in and yell at you if you talk to loud. And get a PVR.

I gave BO to my cousin for about a month for Super mario Bros. Now I really regret it. I just wanted to get away from cod for a while with that game but its making me rage.
