Seriously?!? Still no reply from anyone other then Tallowby saying he has an issue as well?  Since Beachhead isn't replying to my post and neither is anyone else, does somoene maybe know how I can get in touch with someone from Beachhead or Activision (other then their terrible online support)?

Activision has stated they are working with XBL to fix our problem. Could this same issue be related to yours? It is possible.

I don't it would be the same issue since yours is an insue with a blocked name, where mine is just an invalid charecter.  Which is programmed into the site to say invalid charecter, therfore the site either needs to be reprogrammed to allow the same charecters the game allows, or they need to just set my clan's tag to those characters as a one time exception.  Yours however is a banned word etc.  It's not a programming error.

However, how did you contact Activision to get that approved?  Maybe I could try that direction since this isn't getting any results.  It's not fair to my clan and the paying members that we can't have our Clan Tag in gold.

Is SBH blocked in game?  My only complaint is that I can use it in the game, why can't I use it on Elite?  It just doesn't make any logical sense as to why they would block something online that you can already do in the game.  So if there are other things out there let's make a list and get them fixed.

We were promised a Gold Clan Tag for our clan at level 10, however we can't use that clan tag.  That is a paid service not being delivered, and I'm requesting that Beachhead Studios explains why or gives me that clan tag.
