WII REMOTE CHARGER PROBLEMS

Hello my fellow WII people, I just bought a wii remote charger from kmart which is made by "pro gamer". Everything went fine until I had to plug it into a "power source". The thing which is suppoesed to connect into a "power source" is like a usb cable but is to big. It doesn't fit into anything on the WII.
Can someone please help me.
A picture of it would help.
I can't find one.
Its officially a WII 4 dock charging station TWII1007-2W/BK
i tried looking this up on google found nothing on it except a forum post on some weird ass forum anyways
from what the forum post said its supposed to connect to your wii power cord
I can't find it anywhere to. Just other chargers on search and images.
I will look at the WII power cord.![]()
It looks like it goes into the wii's power socket.
I'm kinda wondering wtf is that thing xD
29.99 from target. ![]()
If you look at the related videos next to your video, that's what all the NORMAL people buy ![]()
Just saying ![]()
Looks like you've been sold a donkey to me. It looks like you can't even use the Wii while charging with that thing. I'd try to exchange it for one of the proper USB chargers.
Wait I found a port in the WII but its taken by the AC thing for the WII with exactly the same thing used for plugging in. I took the AC thing our of the WII put the charger but the AC is where the WII gets its power.
Should I plug the AC for the wii into my thing?![]()
I dislike wii chargers since i use a wii remote for 1 hour or 2 hours at the very least and than i gotta charge it again ![]()
I would suggest just buying some rechargeable energizer batteries. I did this two years ago and they still work perfectly! Two batteries last me about a month or so, then i recharge them![]()
Take it back. Get the Nyko charge station. It uses rechargeable lithium ion batteries and it's not too pricey. Very nice and works like a champ. Had mine for 4 years now.
Ok I'll just tell everyone it doesn't work and I'll come back with another one of these threads for the next charger.
I'll look for something that actually plugs in somewhere. Thanks guys.![]()
I worked it out! You plug the ac adapter for the WII in the back then plug the wierd plugger in thing into the WII! Remotes are charging right now. ![]()
Never thought about rechargeable batteries before, and I spend £5 every 2 weeks on new duracell.
After some research it seems the wiimote chargers are pretty carp, and the advice is to buy an 8hour duracell charger, the 1 hour chargers drain the battery very quickly, and the important thing, buy the duracell 2450 ma supreme batteries. Theyre a little more expensive than the unchargeable ones but not much, and you`ll get 2+ years out of them ![]()
Got the charger and 8 batteries for just over £20, so in 2 months it`ll be free power for the next 2 years

Your sources are full of crap. The Nyko charging stand is amazing. I bought my first one before the release of WaW, back in the Brawl days and it lasted me up until MW3 and then i had to buy a new one. It lasted over the span of THREE CoD titles.. the battires being used all the time and being recharged all the time and it did not give out on me for the longest time. Now this new one does an even better job then the last one. The others may be garbage but the Nyko charging stand is well worth the investment if you ask me. Hell i still have my old packed away somewhere just in case. It's not great but it does still have some juice left in on one side and it and i may need it one day.
Yeah I saw that one on some american website ,good write up etc, BUT it was only available in the US and the UK version, well the same brand, but differed a bit, were VERY cheap, i mean cheaper than 2 batteries! And after experiencing the UK version of the pdp headset, again not the same quality as the US version, wasnt even adjustable, so I swerved it.
There was like 4-5 diff ones on amazon, and all the write ups were saying stuff like batteries dont last 10mins when charged, or batteries dont even charge, you had to get them exactly in the right position or it wouldnt charge, they took upto 14hrs to charge, the usb leads wouldnt fit anything. Some were double chargers but would only charge 1 at a time blah blah blah.
