I think that if you cheat the first time all your stats and unlocks should be set to zero ,and the second time you are banned from playing the game online .MW3 can't be a game of skill and acheivement if you just cheat ,and it spoils it for those who PLAY the game

Punishments for breaking rules should be more strict. Rarely will you come across someone glitching/cheating who doesn't know its against rules/tos/coc.
