Is anyone actually getting banned?

So its to me looking like MW2 all over again, theres alot of cheats, ones like aimbo, wh and other more annoying ones that for example alow the host to just end the game online and things like that. What im wondering is, is anyone actually getting banned? i have a friend that bought hacks for mit just to see if he actually got banned , hes had blaitant aimbot for 2 months now scoring well over 100 kills a match, people complain and complain and keep reporting him but nothing hes fine. so is anyone actually getting banned or is this just going to become a hacker fest?

You have a friend that is a cheater? That makes you look bad. If I were you I would rethink who you are friends with. Cheaters are scum of the earth like child molesters. If I had it my way they would all be destroyed.

I have sent several undenyable videos to Bancandy and I have seen nothing. I really pushed her at the beginning and now I look like a fool. She is a fraud. It was all a ploy to make us think they are actually doing something. What's funny is the threat actually stopped some of it ...but the word is going around and soon it will be worse than ever. The hackers are better people than the companies who made this game.

  Yeah... sadly, it looks like all the nay-sayers were right.
  
  I gave up a long time ago though. Never saw anything from her, so I just stopped sending them and going back to what I always did... just leave the lobby, wait 30 seconds and try again for a new lobby.
  
  Honestly, I'm playing this game less and less any ways so I really don't care anymore. They can shove this steaming pile of crap back up the hole it came from, as far as I am concerned.

    Agreed, my sentiments exactly... I care about my Win/Loss; I don't care about K/D. To each his own; but having to leave a game because of a cheater means you automatically take a loss, and that's just wrong. However I actually have a life outside of gaming. My guitar playing has taken a hit because of it, so I guess it's time to get my chops together. I need to write a song about what a POS company HackDivision is

Yeah right, I'm sure it's your "friend" who has the hacks. Don't believe that for a second, and even if it's true, no legit player would be friends with a cheater, hence you cheat also.

You can go right on having to cheat to get kills so you can feel good about yourself, MW3 lagnet is completely 110% unplayable to anyone who plays legit.

and if the lag and cheaters wasn't bad enough, now it's possible to pick up viruses through lagnet.

It's pathetic cheaters like you who are the scum of society. Your name certainly is fitting, you fail hard at life. Do the world a favor.

  Well this one statement has made me decide to record atleast 2 hours of solid gameplay to show that this game is fully playable, without running in to cheaters or lag etc.
  
  I play this game nearly everyday now and I barely come across any cheaters or lag.

    The simple FACT that you can pick up a VIRUS from playing on lagnet is more than enough to render it 110% unplayable. You are taking a risk every time you search for a game.
    
    But besides that fact I'm curious where do you live.
    
    According to the forums there are the very very few people who somehow miraculously play on lagnet with everyone in the room always having full green signals, no lag, and no hackers. I can only imagine that these people must live in eastern US or central UK where the bulk of the PC playerbase is centered.
    
    I live on the west coast and it is 100% impossible for me to find ANY games below 100ms ping during a search (no matter how many times I cancel and restart the search) What's worse is on the extremely rare occasion I was able to find a game at 100-125ms that wasn't too laggy, it would usually end up being ruined by a stupidly obvious cheater.
    
    Most of the dedicated servers I've seen autokick at 200+ ping as it is unplayable and usually makes everyone lag. I very highly doubt you would be able to get 2 hrs of uninterrupted footage on lagnet where nobody in the room has a yellow signal (which is 200+ ping)...
    
    Btw I never said the game itself wasn't playable, I said lagnet is unplayable. Thanks to the unranked dedi's (broken as they are) the game is still playable and can be fun. As far as gameplay itself my only real complaint is the annoying killsign over the flag runner in CTF.

They did start alot of banns and put a couple back who had there user names hacked
Once hacked there is no way to get back in
Plus they don't just ban your straight away there now checking Ip address first so if you have nothing to hide then you have no problems

        I have another to report. I don't know how many I have reported... but we'll see if Bancandy is worth anything at all... I have my doubts. If anyone actually gets any results from Dudcandy, give us a shout please.
