They aren't screwing anyone over on purpose.  There are a lot of people they need to "take care of" and there's always a few people that get tossed in by accident.  As bancandy said, they will take care of it.  Just mention / ask nicely and people are more willing to help out then trying to reason with a ragetard (not saying you are one of these, just saying in general).

But yah, it would suck to have all of your time "wiped away" though lol.  Glad it's getting fixed/got fixed.  I started a new on the PS3 to play with a few buddies and ya, my stats are sooo much better then how I started out on the 360.. though not a ton better but I'm fully positive in every way lol.  Hey, I'm trying to get better!  Some games though, just can't get anything going and get shot in the damn back too much!
