COD Workout!

I've been doing this for a wihle and it really works In between matches just drop down and do push ups or do sit-ups while waiting for the next game to start. This honestly really works and i feel good lol. I mean i work out due to footbal practice and track but this honestly works. I can now say i have a nice looking upper body

Anyway do this in between matches and you'll see results... i sound like a bowflex commercial but ehh it works

So get your butt of your chair and do this!!!
