Founder Code Still Not Working!!! What Horrible Support I am Getting!!!!!!!

Dear Activison,
So I get the hardened edition for Christmas of MW3 for XBOX decide not to use my founder status right away until I found the right clan. I found the right clan and went to use my code on Saturday 03-31-12 and it says code error please try again later. I tried again and mistyped the code on purpose and it says invalid code so i know it is a valid code no one has ever used it. I called Activison support on Monday, where I was assigned a case number and am promised a quick resolution to the issue at hand. I was told by the first agent that even if they have to give me another code or something to solve the issue they would... I think to myself cool I should have my founder status by that night problem solved!!! I call back later that night (after no e-mail from Activison) to be told they are still working on the issue and, to be patient that I should have a resolution shortly. I wait another day call again (after no e-mail or contact from Activison) and am informed this is a major issue they know about and the developers are working on it (why was I lied to by the first time agent?)... I ask so what kind of time line can I expect for this issue to be fixed and the agent tells me he has no idea (WTF). I ask what a week? month? year? He says I don't know most likely a week. I get an e-mail yesterday asking me to submit a survey on how customer support handled my now closed issue LOL ( I did not ever remember my issue being solved) and I call immediatly and ask what's going on...Support assures me they are still working on the issue and to be patient... Let me think here my wife paid extra because I requested the Hardened Edition of MW3 for Christmas because I knew of the clan advantages before hand... We have already paid Actvison for the extras this was supposed to provide and they tell me to be patient. I would think 24- 48 hours max and they should have this issue resolved. We are going on 4 days now no resolution in site and I can say I am very disappointed in the service I received Once again today no contact form them surprise...surprise... COD is a Billion $$$$ enterprise and you can't get a website to accept a valid founder code WTF...
Your level of service is beyond belief!!!
How long does it take to fix a simple issue or better yet just grant me my deserved founders status give my clan the 500 XP bonus I could care less about the camo or background and we go on our way. Activision what are you doing???
It does not take this long to solve a simple issue like this and if I hear be patient one more time I think I am going to explode... I work in the service industry and if I ever treated my customers like this I would be Fired!!!!

I've also been trying for the past 8 days, with no success. I've chatted with a support rep on the website, they said they are aware of the issue but they don't know when it's going to be fixed. For such a simple request, they are taking a long time to fix the issue. I was hesitant to buy this game, and I'm going to be way more hesitant to buy the next. They are a million dollar franchise that doesn't take care of their customers. Truly disgusted.

Hello. I bought Call of duty hardened edition for Xbox 360. In box i found that founder CODE. Next day i go to callofduty.com . I register and do everything i need. Then i go to callofduty.com/founder . I entered CODE that was on elite founder card. THEN pressed REDEEM but tehey write -(code i good to go ,but were not try agen later) i tray agen at, monday......and every day.Code still not work!!!!!!

I am also having this problem and have had no luck in months! I have tweeted Activision support and they said to start a support case but there isn't an option to do so on the support page. Please Help Me!
