I find it pretty funny when I come across an enemy that is laying prone in front of a tac insert waiting for my team to die so he can get an easy kill. I once sat behind a guy that was camping one, sent him a message "look behind you", he started to turn and I quickly ended his life with a head shot.
If I personally run across an enemy tac, I will study it for less then 5 seconds, if there are no enemies close by and no one has respawned from it, I destroy it. No reason to focus all of my attention to that when there are 6 enemies running around for me to kill.
