And even that doesn't help all the time...
I can't count the number of times when I used the Recon Drone that idiot teammates STILL continued to die so easily by getting shot from behind or running into bullet walls and such, despite the enemy clearly being marked on the mini-map since apparently they must be among those who are "too good" for the mini-map in any capacity or something.
If people "have" to use Blind Eye/Assassin, regardless of UAV spam (that's why there's the SMAW, Javelin, and Stinger in the first place), how can they think they're really "skilled"? If people are "so" good, then shouldn't it NOT matter if you appear on the mini-map or not? I have, and have seen others, survived quite a while, even when tagged by the Recon Drone (which, unlike all the other radar-locating things, shows movement in real time) while using Hardline or Quickdraw, even taking out Assassin lovers. Showing up does mean insta-death in your next gun battle or anything.

Exactly! I myself have had some of my highest gun streaks running a non silenced rapid fire UMP with assault and hardline on, so no stealth for me. You just have to have a decent connection and some opportunities to set yourself up to start working the map and spawns well.
I know... my god... I even flash bang those people when I use the recon drone! How do you still manage to die team mate!? Lol. You can always tell the reall douches because they'll be at least fully leveled with a higher rank gun assasin pro, green perk pro, but just have the normal blind eye on... Shoot a lot of stuff down huh..

RECON DRONE is not a legit counter. Im not tagging ppl so my dumb ass teammates cant A) ignore the radar all together or B) run to some kid over and over and get smashed. If I cant kill them then its not a counter.
Also Im just as much aggainst Support streaks as I am aggainst Assassin as a crutch users.

I agree with you about inexperience players using assasin but then what do you say about people using supresssor/silencer. the whole point of using assasin so you won't be detected on radar and less likely getting spotted by snipers. This is a campers perk and I really do hate campers on TDM and on KC but on Domination and S&D then I would understand but if you going to all people ******* then drop that silencer.

I run hard and use a silencer. But I dont hide from the UAV if a team calls one out. Ill adjust till its gone. But I flank and shoot multiple ppl at a time. The silencer is key. Also There is no need for reticles as I prefer iron sights. So other than that its just xmags, tubes and the paper clip shooter known as the shotgun

Use assassin if there is a team spamming it or running hb monitors. Im not saying you should be dumb. Im just saying dont be a B!TCH (not directed towards anyone, just my general thought on video games.)

In game modes like TDM I find the arguement "If you're affraid of UAVs then shoot them down yourself" completely invaild. At most I have two Stingers. Really, how far will that get me?
Second, why should I have to burden myself with constantly having to switch classes, sometimes even killing myself, just to take out a UAV or CUAV. Running Assassin is just more convient and allows me to contribute to the team by killing people BEFORE they manage to get a killstreak going.
I also don't see what the big deal is about Blind-Eye. I'm doing my team a favor by using it. We've all b*tched somebody out because they're giving out free hugs when I Predator Missile launches.
My arguement for Recon Pro is this, ASSISTS. It's so easy, you don't do anything but throw a few grenades and everyone is a fish in a barrel. With it pro the argument that you only have at most 3 things to throw becomes invalid. You spray get a few more assists and the pointstreaks start rolling in

I think the general idea is good, but if people REALLY want changes because the Stealth Bomber is "OP", "too easy to get", etc, then I usually just say that the current Killstreaks up to 10-11 should fall under the "does not reset upon death" idea (so UAV up to either Recon Drone or Advanced UAV will be the same) while anything higher would work like Assault Killstreaks and require you to actually get the kills all in a row to do.
So getting 9 kills and then dying will not reset you from getting a Recon Drone, so you'll still only need 1 more kill to get it, but it WILL reset you from getting that Stealth Bomber, so you'd need to get 14 kills in a row again instead of merely 5 when you respawn.
All they'd really need to do is add in a 2nd bar next to the normal Killstreak bar to keep track of the "streak" count that will empty if you die while the original one keeps going throughout the match.
