What happened to the live 24 hour chat support?

Seems they have changed the support page. Now I don't see a link for the live chat. Any suggestions?

  i have jusused the link http://support.activision.com/pkb_Home?clickedOn=MW3 its the same 1 at the top and yes it doues have live chat, its jus the last ting to load on the page (bottom right corner)

  All it says when you click on it & fill out the form is "Chat was cancelled because there are no available agents" How do I actually talk to somebody?

    Been trying for ages but it ain't happening. They even got rid of the submit a question with ref number. If there is no one to answer problems, there are no problems. Guessing that's their new approach.

Make sure your browser is up to date. Check out the link below to download the latest version of your browser.

Also, if you still have issues, try another browser. We recomend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox if you can't get Internet Explorer 9 to work.

  Tried this, Firefox already up to date so tried Google Chrome. No luck.
  The chat window pops up saying hello gamer but there is no agent and you can't click your cursor in the box to type.

    Select any FAQ or Common topics, after selecting the topic, you will seee the chat button on the right side
