Ditch my Clan?

i am thinking of leaving my clan im in which is called YMCMB the clan leader is not active and never puts us in clan ops. I was wondering if i should leave or not. i know that it would be easy to find a new one any suggestions? Leave or stay?

    It's cool, but are you a premium yourself reply yes or no. because our community can really use a PS3 side what you say.
