While I do appreciate the addition of a clan op on 3/27 (which also happened to be my birthday), I have to wonder...

If you can post a clan op with just over 24 hours notice, and it goes off without a hitch and verification takes less than an hour...

THEN WHY ARE YOU NOT POSTING CLAN OPS DAILY?!?!?

Or at least multiple times a week. There are no prizes to worry about. Your verification process works. Post more clan ops. Stop wasting your time with the Lone Wolf ops and Events. No one cares about those. We want clan ops and CLAN CHALLENGES (As we were promised... and I'm sticking up here for the smart ones who didn't pay $50 for ELITE). You cannot tell me that posting and having a clan op caused that great a strain on the system compared to a Lone Wolf event that isn't WHAT PEOPLE PAID FOR. Clan ops are where you got us slapping down $50. We want them. And we want a lot of them. There should not be twenty times as many Lone Wolf ops as clan ops.

I don't care if you have a warehouse full of CoD swag that you can't sell and have to give away. (I mean, seriously, your prizes for the most part suck. Why bother with all that? We don't care about the prizes!) I understand if you have a freaking Jeep or a trip to Hawaii or some such. Those are cool prizes and worth the effort. But stop trying to pawn a damn keychain or flash drive on us as a "prize." You're wasting precious time you could be spending working on clan ops (and CHALLENGES). I know that you have a tough job, and we don't make it easier with our complaints. But just realize that we've already PAID you for this service, so it is our God-given right to complain about something we paid for if it isn't up to snuff. And it isn't. Your PR department might as well be made of blind, deaf mutes for all the solid information we get from you. This is NOT customer service in any way. Listen to us, and maybe the complaints and all will stop. (Maybe not... I'm Irish descent and I complain about everything.)

But do us, as a gaming community, and yourselves as developers a favor. Post clan ops regularly (meaning more than once a week), and vary the times (for our European and Asian gaming brethren) and OPEN CLAN CHALLENGES for God's sake. (I'm not going to mention the whole "league" thing you dodos advertised... WTF was your PR department thinking. Talk about checks your butts can't cash... Sheesh.) We deserve to get 100% of what you advertised to get our money. We're tired of the excuses. We're sick of the lack of solid information from you. We're ready for the next game (that isn't CoD). Why? Because you've not delivered on your promises. But I believe you can fix it. You just need to get on the damn ball. NOW.
