The answer to your question is yes. DLC comes in the way of updates/patches and hotfixes. The likelihood of any map packs etc. is slim to non. It is a question asked way to much and been answered equally. All you have to do is look at how BLOPs went. We recieved updates and whatnot but no map packs.

Sadly we are never getting map packs, unless robert bowling himself tweets that wii is getting dlc but i doubt it. And its not a glitch on resistance its a bug that makes the buildings dissapear, ive experienced it many times.
