75% say lag is a problem so what are you doing about it?

The poll on the PS3 section has been running for a couple of weeks now. Out of nearly 700 votes, 75% say that the lag is either worse or the same as it was pre-patch.

Is anyone at Infinity Ward going to address this situation? CAN you fix the problem?!? After 10 title updates and dozens of "hot fixes" it's still bad. What's the deal here?

For some reason I feel like we have a right to know what is going on.... Though I know it's doubtful given the fact that I have lost faith that IW even knows why it's happening. If they knew, it would likely have been fixed by now.

Lag is the most bi-polar thing I've ever experienced, I'd much rather deal with my girlfriend while she's PMSing. One day everythings fine and I can play for hours. The next all goes to Hell and I'm done after a few matches

  Like it, have pretty much the same thing, play for hours doing great loving MW3, next day 3 matches want to break disc in half and sell the PS3.

Has no one noticed???? They are doing what microsoft did with vista spend all the cash on advertising and 1 pence on fixing the os.

iw are doing the same, all this promo elite crap paying these actors thousands but spending £0.00 on fixing the game.

  Vista was scrapped shortly after its release. Microsoft was all over that and launched Windows 7 only a couple years later. That's unheard of for an OS. Not to knock your reply but the situations are completely different
  
  I agree though with the point that they're not even acknowledging the issues at hand

    vista was decided a loss about a year after launch they spent millions on advertisement but never fixed the issues crashing,slow,vulnerability. to me iw are doing the same spending miney on this actor to try to hide the flaws i agree different situation but same concept.
    
    but everyone is entitled to there different opinions.

Personally, I'm dying a LOT.

I agree, that if they knew how to fix it, it would be fixed. If they CARED about it being broken, they would've found a way to fix it, and it would be fixed. I for one am not holding my breath that the situation will improve. Medal of Honor is out in October, hoping that is decent enough to get me away from this pile of dung.

  the whole thing is... its like drugs. you start buying the stuff from the dealer, after two weeks youre hooked. you keep blowing money on his product and after a while, he says "this guys so doped up, he wont even notice so imma start breaking down his drugs..." so now everyone that complains is so strung out and the dopeman owns you... you cant just stop, whatever he says you do.
  its easy folks... just move on... if u have a problem with it, dont become an occupy MW3 forum army... just pack up and ignore IW, and if theyre anything like the rest of society when deprived of attention, theyll try harder to woo you back.

Anyone telling them fools on the support live chat page? Reckon they would do something bout it if enough people got on to them there cos they sure as f**K don't read these pages.
Everyone on here is right, fed up of getting killed by the guy with the 1 second time travel perk. Run round corner, split second see a guy, 2 bullets I'm dead. Watch his kill cam, apparently he saw me for a good 2 seconds and fired half a magazine into me. Hmmm.
Get enough people hammering them on that live chat and maybe something will give.

You are correct that they don't read the forums. Really the only thing that seems to get their attention is when some big YouTube'r tells his minions to Tweet Robert Bowling. THEN they acknowledge a problem.

Anyone know any big YouTube people?
