I think you get the 500 hundred xp only if its there first clan that they join also, you can't get clan xp untill they start listing the clan ops in the compete section of cod elite

u can level up your clan by having a founder join and giving u 500xp any founders that r looking 4 a clan mesege me or add me on ps3 invisibles send me a mesege and ill get 2 u as fast as i cann500
Ok obviously it is to late to become a founder and clan ops are still down (which is BS) how do you level your clan now smart people explain that one......
The only way currently* to level up your clan is to invite founders/premium memebers of via Call of Duty Elite. If you're not a founder/premium you cannot do clan operations at the moment and clan operations are currently down...
