I know people have been complaining non-stop about the DLC dates and the contract for xBox to get content first but nobody has actually answered what is happening with PS3?

For instance - when Elite was launched the community was told that the Elite communities (as they are paying a premium) would get it before the non-elite community. In essence...

1st - xBox Elite

2nd - PS3 Elite

3rd - xBox Public Release

4th - PS3 Public Release

For the first two maps, xBox elite had it first and PS3 elite second. Now that the time has come to release it to the public there is instead a promise of a 'collection' - the first 6 DLC in one pack.

So just to clarify - the current information on www.callofduty.com is that all six pieces of DLC are currently available to xBox Elite users with a 'coming soon' status for PS3 Elite.

For non-elite there are going to be 'collections' similar to previous DLC. The release date for the first collection for regular xBox users is currently 20/3/12. That is in seven days. That is for regular non premium xBox users.

So my question is;

As a paying premium elite user for PS3, will I still get the content ahead of non-premium xBox users as we did with the first two maps?

My second question is;

If the answer is no, how do customers go about obtaining a refund for the Elite service if they feel they have been misled?

Please do not post spam on this thread, it is a genuine question that as of yet remains unanswered so it would be good to get a constructive answer.
