I totaly agree you should given a chance to change there clan name seeing as they been on elite ages it your own fault for not noticeing the name.

Btw they are already talking about elite 2.0 i dont think half my clan are going to be buying that **** when elite 1.0 dosnt work.

I've seen names/tags a lot worse than that.  A warning would have sufficed, I think.

Really and trully. Beachhead made a good choice but the strictest choice in banning your clan. I do feel that your clan should not have been banned permanently. You should have been banned for a few days and had all your clan xp reset to level 0.

Then again you have to think from a woman point of view, It is not that funny

But at the end of the day this was your fault. I think you tried to be funny and it backfired big time. It was a poor decision by you and the fact that 99 people actually joined your clan even with your clan name is just pure stupidity.

BtcH could be a dominant lesbian clan.  I suppose it's still an inappropriate clan name, but the gay bias lawsuit would be a winner.

your "99 clan members" will just have to start a different clan (i suggest clan BIRD or maybe clan MOM)  and wait to level up like the rest of us while beachhead continues to sit on the money we've already paid for a service that hasn't worked appropriately from day one. SORRY!  (fyi, xbox live banned my account for a day for having the word p_imp in my profile.  if that's not even more ridiculous i don't know what is.)

i remember the good old days of playing unreal tournament on my PC where i could be appropriately uncensored and little kiddies didn't cry about names or WORDS. you can always just mute them, block them, or JUST DON'T PAY ATTENTION.

of course, back then, little kiddies didn't play video games that condone military tactics and murder.  hmmmm.  wonder if i still have the 5-disc cd-rom installation set for UT???  my current PC would wail on that old 1ghz machine.

Actually, I believe that a lawsuit will gain you naught. It comes down to the ELITE Code of Conduct (which we have all agreed to) having that issue covered. I haven't actually read said legalese jargon, but I'm betting that "offensive" clan tags and names are not allowed. (Offensive is, of course, something subjective that differs from person to person-- but you apparently ran afoul of enough people who did find it offensive that you got banned.) I think your tag was somewhat funny. But I also would bet good money that ELITE has you caught under a cleft stick. The only recourse you have in my eyes? Start up a new clan from scratch and this time choose a tag that people cannot accuse of being offensive. Learn your lesson. Or, quit, be mad and don't buy ELITE 2.0... but don't threaten things that are plain silly.

I dont think that your clan should have been disbanded since this game is suppose to be more people 18 and older along with elite so adults getting upset that some people curse on the game? Me personally I curse at people all game long if they deserve it. But I do agree there are worse names out there. If they are going to ban people for it then they shouldnt allow people to put them as their clan tag and such. everything about this game and elite are complete bullshit and I will be switching back to black ops

it is also bullshit that they can ban somebody super fast but everything else to make elite and the game better takes months to do
