I guess I kinda over exaggerated there. I just don't think the AA-12 should have "Steady-aimed sniper" spread without Steady Aim. I'm almost certain that even with Steady Aim, it's spread is still larger than or equal to a bare USAS or KSG

If they decrease spread just enough so that SA isn't required, I'd be fine with that. IMO, the AA-12 is the only shotgun that requires perks and prof. to be a viable long-term weapon.

If they ever decrease spread, increase damage per pellet to 20-5 and give a total of 4 magazines to the AA-12, they should also nerf it's ROF to 300 RPM and from there, nerf the Striker's max ROF to 200 and buff the USAS' ROF to 210-250 RPM to put some truth to the in-game stats (For the non-pump/lever-action shotties, it say the Stiker is the slowest, the AA-12 is the fastest and the USAS is inbetween).

If Specialist never existed, I think I would have given up on this gun by now. It CANNOT stand on its own merits! It needs SoH AND the Max Proficiency to be successful. <3 specialist

I tried using support with the AA12 and its painful. SPecialist is your best choice, but i use that on pretty much every gun, i sometimes use uav ballistic vest combo though, vests are my fav killstreak of all time!

Wait a second.  Sorry to call you out, but did one of the forum moderators say the AA12 should NOT be buffed, because it's "fully automatic"?

I wouldn't mind a buff. I don't use it in multiplayer, but I tried it on Survival Mode (where all the guns are their multiplayer versions) and the low reserve ammo made it almost pointless if you weren't camping at the weapon armoury.
