Wow, I use stingers on all my classes and find myself avoiding juggos unless the team gets cordinated. With this information I'm going to charge at juggos.

Now, if I could lock onto Stealth Bombers from afar...

I believe this has been gone over.  This only works in FFA.

It does lock-on. I use the stinger on Juggys all the time.
