I have the same error.

I had unliked my youtube account but linking it back causes this error.

I have submitted to support, i hope thye  can fix this soon.

I get the same error when i try to link my youtube account. I tried to sign in to another account that i have and tried to link and i still get that error. hope they fix it soon.

Still not working for me either... even after revoking on the orginal youtube channel....... can not link my new channel.

That doesn't Work for me....I can only link my channel I have already link.

HERE IS HOW TO FIX:

1. Create a new Call of Duty ELITE account with another email address.

2. Re-link your Gamertag/PSN-ID with the newly created COD Elite account. (This will unlink it from the previous COD Elite account.)

3. Link with YouTube & start uploading

4. Like for other people to see it works.
