1000 Kill Badges, are you not getting them too?

I've closed out the M60E4 and still haven't gotten the marksmanship badge like I did when I got 1000 kills for my MG36.

I thought, "let me check Elite", there it was, numbers was incorrect. Per the MP, I had 1000 kills, per elite, I had 959 kills, then after two more rounds, I go back on elite, and see 1007 kills. So I go BACK to MW3 and check my emblems....Durn durn duuuuurn...no badge.

Does anyone have any insight? Please advise. Thanks.

For the badges only kills after your first prestige count. ELITE counts your total kills. You probably got a few kills before you prestiged the first time.

Instead of checking your elite check your veteran and expert challenges in the barracks.

Wait a ******* second here man. You're telling me to get the BASIC marksmanship badge, like I got for my MG36 I've got to prestige?

I'm close to closing out a few more guns, almost to 1000.

So to get more marksmanship badges, I'm going to be forced to do something I don't EVER plan on doing!? So, I'm not going to see any more MMSBs on my emblems pages?

      that is not right. to get the emblem you have to unlock the prestige challenges for the guns.

      I thought the headshot/kill titles and emblems were rewards for veteran and expert only. I don't know if there's another emblem for marksman

        I'm pretty sure you have to prestige to get those...there might be some way to get them without prestiging but it's easiest just to prestige. At least do it once so you unlock the challenges.

I'm having the same problem as you man. I worked my friggin' butt off getting 1000 kills with the USP 45 and no emblem unlocked. Now if im misinformed tell me. The MW3 wiki site claims you get 1000 kills and it unlocks...it doesn't say a dang thing about having to prestige to unlock those emblems or titles! If it is required then the MW3 wiki needs to update their information so people don't waste their time getting 1000 kills with weapons...epescially a pistol. I'm disappointed if they really make you prestige to get those...people don't wanna waste their life or time prestiging all the time.
