To answer to both above

First

Non premium members of you clan won't count towards anything

But that doesnt mean they can't help you

For instance in the core domination most captures op

Your premium guys(who's only captures matter) get all the captures

Your non premium could defend your bases which in turn would reduce other teams capture totals

As for the xp question

You dont get 2500 xp for participating

You get nothing for entering

your top 6 or less premium members captures are then added together for a total after the 3 hours (you don't even have to play together in the same party)

you've got to finish within a certain percentage to win anything

Is something like

team with most captures overall(champion) gets 2500xp

Finish in the top 10% (gold)you get 1000xp

Finish in the top 50% (silver) you get 500xp

Finish in the top 90% (bronze smirk) you get 250xp

Any lower you get sod all

This is currently the only way to gain clan xp

It's disappointing that only premium members score counts. I know you guys don't want to hear this but most of my friends didn't buy Elite premium so in addition to having  nobody to play the new maps with now thre's no point in playing with them in clan ops either.

I think i read on here that it would take 7-14 days but dont qoute me on that, just basing that on memory

It seems as though you have to pay to earn clan xp, which is ridiculous. ELITE sucks and I will be going back to Counter Strike for my clan-playing needs.

You will never get it.  Only premium member's kills, captures, and confirms count during a clan operation.  You may have a chance at ranking your clan up when clan CHALLENGES come up, I wouldn't wait for challenges.

if you mean can members gain clan xp without the clan leader enlisting in an operation then no.  The leader can only enlist in the clan operations. 

Yes you will get what ever title the clan leader chose.  You will also get the emblems the clan earned.

It depends on what the op says. It states it on the listing if it's HC or core.

My guess is that your clan doesn't have elite premium and you were doing a clan operation. Only premium players can participate and earn clan xp in clan operations.
