Surviving a M.O.A.B. with Final Stand

Final Stand should not give immunity to explosive damage, or insta-kill things like knives while falling into it. I got a MOAB on Village earlier and was shooting a guy as it was rolling in. He falls into Final Stand and just eats my MOAB. Takes no damage from it whatsoever. And to make things worse, he kills me while i'm reloading. I only died once that match, and it was from some Final Stand faggotry. I'm gonna go take my anger out on a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich.

  It's not even about the death, it's that I died to a guy who went like 6-30 that game, and he killed me while in Final Stand, after he ate my MOAB like a baconator.

Frustrating, right? I completely agree. I hate how when they are falling you can't shoot them. It eats your ammo, and I have died alot reloading when there are multiple enemies and one goes into final stand.

Dead mans hand is ridiculous too. You could spin in circles the entire game and still get kills, does that seem right?

Last stand and dead man's hand actually punish the person who got the kill. You should never be punished for killing somebody. Flawed logic is flawed.

I do agree with this, but we all know it wont be taken out. Even though I know it's going to stay in they should at least change who gets the points for the actual kill. The person who brought the noob into final stand should get the kill and the guy who finished him off should get the assist. Just my opinion though.

i was talking about final to my friends a while back and i said how stupid it was for IW to put it back in this game when they should have taken it out. they said it wasnt that bad and wasnt as consistant as last stand. that may be true but these videos are a good example of the BS that comes with an enemy having final stand.

and after watching those videos, i started thinking about all those times when i had a stealth bomber and got hitmarkers with it. now i am starting to think that this same thing happened with my bomber but i never knew about it.

And this, amici, is a huge reason I only run the Specialist package: noob buffers have rendered them useless.

Back OT, I definitely think Final Stand and Dead Man's hand should be removed. I dunno bout Hollow Points or Juiced, tho, because first, the guy actually has to use his gun and it only affects one person, and two, Juiced only lasts for 7 seconds and usually gets the scrub killed again. Others are complete noob garbage.

I found it funny really, and allready knew it could this. There are other videos out there showing this same sort of thing happening.

I will protect you from the first ims round, from an ac-130 main round, a reaper drone missle, a javelin. Basicly it will stop you from deing from any other attack when you drop in to it and it should, otherwise it is useless to have in the game.

Please nerf Last stand and Dead man hand! Nah but seriously that sucks tho. You should of doubled up with the MOABs and i like the turn and spray.

Whoa, that does suck.

Final Stand I wouldn't mind seeing be removed, or at least dumbed down to where the player isn't invincible for a second or two.

I disagree however about Dead Man's Hand. I use it on Domination when I play random because too often, I am in the minority of capping flags. This means I am solo on a flag, so sometimes, when an enemy or two starts hoofing it towards the flag to kill me, it comes in handy. Would I complain if it was removed? No, but if it's in there I am going to use it for Domination.

  Dead Man's Hand should be toned down. If it was oly as strong as a normal C4, it'd be fine.

    Exactly. It shouldn't take out as many people as it does. Make it good for a smaller proximity, which is certainly what I use it for.

Aero, I would take your video with the explanation of what happened and send that ****** right to IW/SH's studio head, and say "Dude, really?

Deathstreaks like Juiced, Revenge, and Hollow Point. Cool. The other three from earlier games along with DMH. No...They've got to go. But they won't. They don't listen to us.

It's supposedly there to balance the really good gamer and the gamer who gets whupped on, gets something for their highlight reel. Dumb.
