played the new maps for most of the day with no probs im being to wounder if its the game or all your cheap a$$ internet connections lol

Had really bad lag, reset my router then my ps3, that fixed my problem.

I think you guys have to look at what your upload speed is, the reason I say that is I have done some research into my routers Qos settings. Qos settings determine what packets have upload priority.

Some routers may detect a false upload speed thus bottleneckecing your home network. A week or so ago I contacted acti support and they tell me " The ideal network speed for playing the game online is 768kbps."

I have 20 MBPS download and 2.5 MBPS Upload Speed. I have changed my Qos setting to 2 MBPS and have given lan port one priority (wired xbox) and have seen some very positive results thus far. Before I would shoot entire clips into other players before they died. Now I took out 3 players with one clip. I have almost thrown the game out because of the lag, however I think we may have found a solution.

I changed my Qos upload speed and it's showing positive result.

ya they messed it up again...i bgot a technician at my house yesterday to fully fix my net and i had a great time playing last night...now its back the way it was  lol wtf..they constantly make sure we arent having fun

I switched from xbox to PSN and... these are the worst servers i have played on in my entire life.. im used to the playstation controls, i got a 2+ k/d i had a 1,8 k/d on xbox. I sit there with a type 95 and only one of my 3 round burst hits someone thus making my gun underpowered because of how much people are lagging and teleporting around the freggin map. Takes me 2+ shots to kill someone at least every gun battle and it gives noobs every opportunity to destroy me.. hell the lag compensation doesnt help either around the corner i cant even fire a shot half the time.. they dont even have quickdraw on or anything and they can somehow raise their seights on me before i can shoot a shot without raising mine.. this is unfair.

I have roadrunner and timewarnercable for an internet service provider with a linksys router.. i think i should be fine but i guess thats not enough.

Hi guys. I am a hardcore COD player with 2 out of 3 of my accounts being above 3.0.

My experience with this game after the 1.10 update on the PS3 has lead me to notice a few game breaking problems.

1) Mic. If you have an Astro or a Turtle Beach headset, you will notice you do not have a mic icon.

2) Mic. Nobody can hear anyone. Some people say to try to turn the voice volume all the way up in the options menu as a fix for now.

3) Lag. Almost non-existent lag compensation. The killcam now shows just how much you are lagging against the other players without an artificial lag too balance out the people with faster connection than you.

4) Lag. I notice that when I'm lagging, there's a lag input when I press the buttons. Like when I'm running, it will not stop even though I already did. And it will not ADS quickly after pressing L1. Thus, in a gun fight, you can lose cos you will take a longer time to ADS than the enemy.

The only good thing is you can finally render your clips in HD to YouTube for the PS3.

@WhoDey6487 The world doesn’t revolve around you you know. Try leaving some constructive feedback so that the developers know what the consumers are dealing with and thus they can fix it. I live in a low populated region and will usually only find games above 150ms ping. Imagine the lag that I have to face. The Lag Compensation helped me out well in those situations. And unlike most of you, I have a 100Mbps down 40Mbps up with 8ms ping Fibre Optic connection to boot. But all of that is no use when there are very few gamers playing around your region.

I hope that these problems addressed can be fixed fast so we can go back to enjoying the game again.
