Fire all of your staff, including yourself. Give your job to a homeless person, male or female it doesn't matter. Let them hire the next 100 people they see, doesn't matter who or what their education level is. They will do a better job.
Give us the service we paid for. Stop trying to be cheap. Open up the website to more users. Yes, it takes more $. I don't care... we paid for a working website.
