I liked the set-up in Blops, personally.
Never saw what the "Ghost problem" was, they were just as easy to kill as anyone else.

Yes, because I can troll EMPs.

Exactly, seems as though some people were too reliant on their radars. And honestly, a guy wearing a bush is much easier for me to spot on my screen than someone wearing kevlar.

That very OP if you ask me, Squared? quad tubes? yeah ill pass. Bando? infinite claymores everywhere (i think a lot of xbox players complained about that but not sure)
also steady aim pro? how does the dude climb over the obstacle like a fence or whatever while keeping his gun out should just be ready quicker under all the circumstances i like the idea of arsenal though so long as the killstreaks are earned through gun kills only (attack heli chaining the strafe run, AH-6 Overwatch, and the Pave low? no thanks) and I liked hardline pro in BO changing the care package instead of get a kill for every two assists
Currently Being ModeratedFeb 23, 2012 11:11 PM (in response to Wozny)Re: Who would use these perks in Black Ops 2 or MW4(if it's real)!!
Bombsquad: See enemy equipment, traps, and killstreaks(including care package markers).
Bombsquad Pro: Delay motion triggered explosives and have the ability to hack enemy equipment.
-Fine with this one. A mix between Hacker, Sitrep, and Stalker. Would be fine with this.
Bandolier: Pick up ammo when walking over dead enemies.
Bandolier Pro: Start the match with Max ammo and resupply Equipment(Claymores, Bettys,etc..) with every 2nd Resupply.
-Pro is way overpowered. Scavenger packs are abudant in CoD, you can get them from allies and enemies. The pro should just give resupllied grenades, like Scavenger Pro did in BO.
Arsenal: Killstreaks Require twice as much Damage to be Destroyed.
Arsenal Pro: Able to equip 4 killstreaks.
-Crazy broken. I know some guys who get Pavelows every game. I often see 2-3 of them in a game. Give them double health, and the player the possibility to earn something earlier to make them earn the later streak quicker, and you have a pure air battle, which promotes camping.
Fast Track: Capture/Plant objectives faster.
Fast Track Pro: When an enemy takes picks up/takes an objective see them for 3 seconds on your minimap.
-Totally outclassed by everything in the list. This should be a pro for something else.
Squared: Have 2 Attachments on your primary.
Squared Pro: Have 2 attachments on your secondary and have 2 claymore,C4s,etc...
-I like the MW3 way of 2 attachments, although it requires giving up Kick. And the pro is just crazy. 2 Claymores? That is just insane. Camp Camp Camppity Camp.
Stopping Power: More Damage against enemy killstreaks.
Stopping Power Pro: Less flinch when hit and lose less bullet damage over long distances.
-Seeing as Arsenal will make the game focused solely on air support, this perk will be often used. The problem now is you have no perk that prevents you from getting beasted by air support.
Juggernaut: Faster Health Regeneration.
Juggernaut Pro: No Falling Damage.
-Bah. That is crazy. Fast Health Regen makes everyone become a CQB rusher, which in MW3, as we have learned, equals FMG9 spam. Seeing as CoD tends to remain the same, I would not be surprised to see something of this caliber returning, so no, this perk is garbage.
Sleight of Hand: Faster reloading.
Sleight of Hand Pro: Faster weapon swap.
-This be fine.
Recon: See enemies hit by explosives.
Recon Pro: See enemies hit by bullet damage as well as immune to CUAV.
-This also be fine.
UAV Jammer: Immune to UAV Recon.
UAV Jammer Pro: No Red name when targeted/ Immune to Thermal and heartbeat sensor.
-Fine with this.
Hardline: 1 less kill is need for Killstreaks.
Hardline Pro: 2 assists = 1 kill and if buzz killed gives you a point towards killstreaks.
-This may work, although running it with a 3 cost UAV may tend towards some seriuos UAV spam.
Extreme Conditioning: Run Faster.
Extreme Conditioning Pro: Run Forever and climb objects quicker.
-Run forever might be insane, as I could say about Marathon Pro, but running for longer would be much appreciated.
Iron Fist: Throw Grenades and Throwable Equipment Longer.
Iron Fist Pro: Not affected by weapon weight and can pickup equipment from a longer distance.
-Extend fuse on grenade? If not, you get air bursts, but then again, how often do you wish that grenade would have gone off .5 seconds later. Could have some serious back fire.
Dead Silence: Make less noise.
Dead Silence Pro: Enemy announcer does not alert you are capturing an object/ no sound during weapon swap.
-Like this alot.
Hunter: Immune to enemy jammers and throwable radars.
Hunter Pro: Hear enemies Louder and see silenced weapons within 15 feet of you on your mimimap.
-Everything but the silencer reveal is cool. It completely ruins the Stealth CQB class.
Steady Aim: Increased Hip-Fire accuracy/ change stances faster.
Steady Aim Pro: Keep gun out while climbing over objects/ gun is ready quicker after sprinting.
-Good save climbing over objects part.
Rank these out of 10 and leave ideas!
In all, its okay, but needs work. I think you split the stealth player up into too many parts. I think that a stealth based player should not be forced to chose between what they are stealthy about. They should be able to be completely stealthy, but at the cost of all 3 perks. Why I didn't like Ninja Pro and Hacker Pro being divorced. Immune to Motion Sensor should be Ninja Pro.

NO, dont make two attachments a perk again, just keep the profiency's !
Currently Being ModeratedFeb 24, 2012 7:42 AM (in response to Wozny)Re: Who would use these perks in Black Ops 2 or MW4(if it's real)!!
IMO i think no perk should be immune to anything (like UAV) so what I did was took MW3s perks and adjusted them.
Recon: It stays the same as it is in MW3.
Blind Eye: Decreased accuracy for air support targeting you (like how air support was lag shooting and was unable to hit you while moving but could kill you if you stood still).
Sleight Of Hand: Stays the same...
Extreme Conditioning: Same except for the pro version which increases speed by x1.05 and no falling damage.
Scavanger: It is instead changed to like what bandoiler was except it doubles your current ammo in (like how you have 60 bullets in reserve gets increased to 120). The pro version gives you full ammo.
Quickdraw: It stays the same except for it doesn't apply to sniper rifles.
Blast Shield: It acts like flak jacket in BOs.
Hardline: It basically is the same but the assists for the pro versions must be from bullet or explosive damage (no flash, concussion, ect.).
Assassin: (IMO this is probably my best idea). Resistance to UAVs and AUAVs (what it means by resistance is instead of 100% immunity it makes a UAV/AUAV like a moving portable radar that patrols the map). The pro version makes it so that when being targeted by thermal you will be all fuzzy and stuff so it will make you a harder target. The other benefits are still there.
Stalker: The pro version only decreases the detection range of claymores and gives you +0.5 sec to any bouncing betty you activate.
Sit Rep: Same except pro gives you the ability to hack things (like hacker pro in BOs)
Steady Aim: Same except the decreased hip fire spread only apply's to your primary (to prevent akimbo machine pistols with steady aim).
Dead Silence: Its is like Ninja in BOs.

why does everyone alway want to nerf sniper rifles. as 3arc admitted BO sniping was too much of a nerf and thats why it was patched. quick scoping is a part of cod, always has been always will be. quick scoping even started before cod. james bond 007: nightfire for GC you could quick scope better than you could on black ops. anyway i dont see a problem with mw3 sniping. in order to make sniping a viable choice you almost have to have some form of quick scoping. everyone always complains when they get quick scoped by a guy 5 ft away from them and they have a smg. well just think if they took away quick scoping than every quick scoper becomes a camper and the 5v5 games become 2v2 with 3 snipers on each team camping in corners of the map waiting for you to come around a corner and pick you off.
