A track record is a the fastest time ever run over a certain distance in athletics, say 100 meters etc, a PB is a personal best, an individuals track record.

Or, Track record taken the way you meant is to say "whats your track record", means what have you done in the game previously, other games previously, to say your good at what you do. #

So id say in answer to your question something like,

In BO I formed the r@pe squad and went 600+ games straight winning,Top 100 ranked and never hacked anything, which is quite good considering the leaderboards are hacked to hell. upped my kdr to 2.30 from an early 0.6, and a win/loss ratio of 12.5. Carried this through to MW3 were I just lost a game for the 1st time 2 months and ended my current run of 506 games unbeaten, my win/loss for the last 2 months hit a high of 506. My w/l is 3.70ish, Im in the top 300 in Team defender, the top 300 in domination, and my kdr in tdm is 2.14. I frequently top whatever lobby im in, unless I play with players I cant get near (Fissure , Dark Fox Mathers88 Bad_Gas),to name a few, and many others who are equal/better than me .

The N-E clan are by far the best clan on the wii. Period
