You can`t. That emblem is for founders only, in other words, users that brought hardened edition mw3 or upgrade to premium elite before 21 December 2011.
I'm founder and didn't get that emblem I got the green title and a Green skull! FoxHound or Ghandi can you help us with this emblem thing? I also have the green card that came with my Hardened edition but not sure what it's for has a 16 digit code on back? I already used my elite code but people keep trying for me to give this to them sorry for being a noob!
