Beer is good when I wanna game and relax, but if I wanna laugh up a storm and be a stupid mofo, I bust out the SoCo or vodka.

On the weekends I'll occasionally have a few beers while playing. Usually Miller High Life since its like $10 for an 18 pk, but I don't really have much of a preference as to what beer it is.

When I go out and party, I don't touch my PS3 when I get back. Playing CoD a bottle of Jack, Smirnoff or Captain Morgans deep is not a fun time for me. I'm usually watching the kill cam before I realize there was even an enemy in my sight. I've thought about making a second account to play on absolutely hammered just to see how bad my stats would be

Nothing wrong with getting drunk on beer/larger.. If me and my mates are gonna do a night in smashing cod together we'l always get a few crates in, COD and alcohol is a great combination lol, gets funny when you turn it into a drinking game too, its such a laugh especially when you have a mic! I really dont care about stats, people always go on about stats but how many times have you joined a lobby and took the time to actually look at your opponents stats lol, erm never?? I just play it for a good laugh, for me focusing on stats is too serious and takes the fun outta the game, but thats just my opinion.

I have never tried drinking and shooting at the same time as i imagined my aim would be bad.

Has anyone actually got better at playing drunk than sober? Or as the OP says THINK you get better lol.

Man drink proper beer (european) Stella artois packs a nice 5.3%

First thing I do as I walk in the door every night after work is turn the PS3 on. Second is kiss the missus and go straight to the fridge to crack my first beer of many whilst sparking up a fat doob. After Doob is spent and beer is gone I crack another and fire up some MW3 online.

I have found that being 'in the zone' is a lot easier when you are relaxed. It almost makes up for the horrible lag comp. You are in a matrixesque mode and cap people one after the other.

I will admit that after about my fourth beer and 2nd doob things do get a little hazy and my mic chatter becomes a little more hilarious but most of the time it improves my aim.

I always mute all randoms when I play normally because of all the douches in the lobbies, but when I've been drinking... It's open mic time!!

i could care less abouy my stats or any of that crap . i just play to have fun .. a couple brews helps with that . i like Yuengling lager & a couple shots of Makers Mark . i always have Makers behind my bar at home ! smooth  Bourboun

meh..I'm a Rocky Mountain High Smoker!!!  If I drink my reaction times go WAAAAY down and I find myself loosing every battle I get into, then raging b/c I swore I saw that guy before he saw me yet I still died.  Ha!

A nice bowl or two or three is the only way to play.  Well it's the only way I play.
