Ideas for ELITE Improvements.

A lot of us have now come to realise that the elite was not what was promised in the first place. so i would like everyone to just use this post to add ideas of what they would like to have on the elite for the future. Please only list positive ideas and do not start complaning because we need to move on. If you want to complain then get lost. It is that simple. BEACHHEAD please pay attention to this post.

    First of all there should be a leaderboard for lone wolf and clan operations that will show the people or the clan with the highest badge wins.

     

    Depending on how many badges you have won, you should be rewarded for a prize. whether a physical prize or a digital prize. for example if you win 5 champion badges you get an headset. or maybe if you win 10 gold badges you will get 1 hour of double xp, something like that.

     

    On each person's elite summary it should show what clan they are in, maybe below their name.

     

    For clan operations instead of just highest total score of 6 top players there should also be highest total wins of 6 top players. Then this way your leaderboard score will be based on the amount of games you win. This will allow clan members to play together instead of against eachother.

     

    On elite support Beachheaad employees should try and act more nicer to the gamers. They should take into account that MW3 is an hardcore game and a lot of people take their MW3 stats very seriously. We do not mean to be rude but it is due to the fact that we are always on a hype.

      Each person should have their clan tag next to their name on the elite all the time just like it is on the MW3 game, whethere on lone wolf operation leaderboard and on the comments.

      You're, like, the second person to suggest that those with a certain number of badges should be entitled to a prize.  Personally I like this idea. (:

        Actually i was the first person to suggest it. I think it is a good idea and Beachhead seems to think so aswell.

          Yeah; Beachhead did say in another thread that such an idea seemed good, and they said they'd consider it.....though I hope they mean what they said.

           

          I have 28 gold badges, 8 silvers, and 1 bronze.  I did a calculation and it yields a value of 2.730....which, since I assume "2" is silver, I guess is still silver.  But still, winning a high number of gold badges should yield something good......and if someone had a high number of championship badges, that should go without saying.

           

          Until then, I thought that there should be a "complimentary badge", like if someone won 50 badges or 100 badges, a badge to denote the number of badge acquisitions.  I'd GIMP one up myself and pitch it to Beachhead but I don't think it would look accurate enough to the style of the badges COD Elite offers.  Plus, real-life prizes sound better.

      Those are some interesting ideas, realjoker. 

       

      Prizing is an evolving element of ELITE that we'll be shaping from community feedback here on these forums and across our social channels as well.

    Well from what I've read they have all but ditched this Call of Duty Elite, for the new Call of Duty Elite 2, that will be launched in a few months with the new game. So any suggestions i feel will go unheard because why keep adding and updating this one if a new one will be coming out soon. maybe they will take these tips to the next game.

    hmm idea to improve elite..

     

    hire people who can actually code and make what you promised people would be where id start. Its taken them over two years to basically make a website that parses stats from the backend servers, and they havent even got that bit right yet

     

     

    and buzzz nope they canned lots of stuff most of the advertised clan features have "dissapeared" so they can knock out a quick clan ops function, go back and look at the original videos for elite.we have edittable videos, clan tournements, leader boards seasons for operations the list is pretty extensive.

    Beachhead their has been like about only 2 Founder status operations on the Europe UK elite but i think that there should be atleast 2 or 3 founder status operation on the elite like once a week because it seems like those with founder satus and premium elite are getting the same experience and benefits and i think that this is wrong because those with founder status pre-ordered the elite and MW3 hardened edition and we should be allowed to benefit more than those with premium elite.

     

    Those with Founder status should have more elite operations for just those with founder status, exclusive prizes and maybe more exclusive digital prize.

     

    As a founder i payed for better experience and so far it has not yet happened in terms of more exclusive content for those with founder status only.

      Beachhead any response to this particular idea for clan operations:

You can have operations either with highest total score of 6 top players and also highest total wins of 6 top players.

    I like the idea of a clan ops leaderboard - I think they should go a step further and create dedicated in-game playlists for both Clan Ops and Lone Wolf Ops - so you're only ever playing with other people who are competing in the oeprations.

     

    Might be something that needs to be instituted in the next cod - but maybe even playlists that refresh/update as new operations are posted...

    My idea is  ''cod-manager'' similiar to (cs-manager.com) that will put players hook up do elite at the moment elite is nothing . message to BEACHHEAD that 90% of people who bought elite was just because to get the dlcs first the rest is nothing .... use my idea it will work

    First off, stop bitching about Elite not doing what they promised. They are doing a fantastic job and Elite is constantly evolving. If you don't like it then stop participating. EXACTLY! One thing that I would like to see in the pricing set up is more people winning material prizes. Still keep the best prizes for the top few players, maybe award the next hundred or so stickers, key chains, things of that magnitude. It would defininatly increase moral, winning something is better than nothing. Being realistic the only people that will ever win those nice top prizes are the seventeen year old kids sitting at home playing MW3 for twenty something hours eating cheetohs, the fourty year old bald fat guys with sweat stains on their wife beaters living in moms basement, or cheaters I know Elite monitors the competitions but I've seen some things like a player averaging 50 kills in ten minutes...? Basically don't forget about the little guys. Another thing is the prize badges, I'm sure a lot of players would agree with me that instead of having a badge icon they could have a military apparence, ike medals. Overall I am very pleased with the service and am very optimistic about the future of Elite.

    i think they should set up a clan ranking system  that way the leader can give people access to join clan ops when they come out.

    i also think they should set it up so teams can play each other for prizes and xp

    I don't have a lot to say about previous ideas, but I would like to see much better game-play stats, and different ways to sort my stats so I can see how/when I play best.

     

    For example:

     

    I'd like to see what my win/loss and KDR are on a particular map for all game types, and for each game type.

     

    I'd like to see my W/L and KDR for specific game types on all maps, for specific game types with a certain gun, for a particular map with a certain gun and game type, and on and on.

     

    I'd like to see heat maps for my kills and deaths for a certain map for all games played on that map, and for all games of the same game type, sort that by each gun I use...

      I really agree with the prize and moral boost. Like i said at the top Beachhead should award prizes to people for the amount of badges they have earn. A lot of people have earned a lot of badges and those people should have an option to win a certain prize depending on how many or what types of badges they have won. While those with champion badges gets the best prizes.

       

      And the reason for this is because less people play operations without prize and only play operations with prizes. People are getting bored of the regular digital badge, they want something real and physical to show off. Since Beachhead cannot just award everyone with a prize then they should make people work for it.

    Lack of so called content makes me want my money back. There are four months worth of play time left and it still feels like we didn't get what we paid for. Gun updates would have been nice, old school maps would have been nice ( but that is probably done with because of all the controversy at the studion), more multiplayer maps, fixed server issues for ground war it is always glitchy, DO NOT ALLOW SPLIT SCREEN PLAY ON XBOX LIVE (somebody is enjoying elite without paying for it), and bring back the RPD and the opportunity to use a grenade launcher without direct impact. Elite clan battles should be available during the week, not just weekends. Lone wolf operations should count towards clan XP, and the servers for elite period need an update they take way too long to load.
