MK14 and ACR are the bomb. Apparently the Type 95 is OP but i don't use it.

I use the G36C with the kick specialisation. Little to no recoil over long distances. Three to four shots for a kill over range with a silencer as well. Only gun I use but will give the ACR and MK14 a go as I loved the M14 in Black Ops.

My Favourite Gun is the Model 1887, jsutr cause its badass

but the best gun is, well i don't think there is a single best gun.

Best All rounder I'd give to the ACR or Type95 (Type95 has some sickening CQC hipfire)

Long Range, Any sniper bar the Dragonov / MK14

Medium - long Range: Type95/ACR/G36C

Medium - Short Range: PPM90/UMP/MP7 or FMG9s

Short Range: FMG9 / Stryker

PP90M1 with Rapid Fire and Kick, its a beast!

M60E4 is my choice these days, it's a pain to get the kick on it, but after that it's a beast, Extreme conditioning, Quickdraw and Steady aim, all preferably pro to maximize it's godness and a stinger offhand to take out a uav or a chopper if it's bothering you since you don't have assasin or blind eye.
