Clan challenges???  Any updates?

So, just wondering, will clan challenges be released alongside clan operations? Or, is this a coming soon/yet to be developed type thing that we'll just have to wait another couple months for?

    Clan ops will be released first they are giving a release date within a week or two. After that they will be releasing Clan Enhancements which will make it easier for clans to operated like making captains and what not to recruit. Finally after that Clan Challenges will be released.

      Basically what you're saying is, we might get challenges in another 3 months like 50% of the rest of the elite app that was promised on day one.  TBD--to be developed yet.

       

      Thanks for the info, but I am curious what your source is if you don't mind me asking?  Sorry, I mean no disrespect, just curious as i've been trying to keep up to date on all this, but with the refusal of them to answer my PM's--despite being very civil in them--I can't get a peep out of anyone.  I'm getting so fed up with all of it.

        Beachhead has stated that their main priority is Clan Ops.  They will then push Clan Enhancements and Challenges.  Enhancements doesn't sound like it will be too much trouble.  Challenges will not be too bad either.

         

         

        The problem with Clan Ops was that the system has to be able to recognize the top 6 clan members that are premiums, take their score and combine it.  It sounds easy, but it's actually pretty difficult, especially with clans of 100 people.  Clan Challenges will be much easier since they will have a system of how to get it to work down already.  It will just be implementing it.

          If elite truly was integrated into the game I could understand the delay in getting everything to work, but it's far from that.  It simply pulls stats off a server. Lone wolf operations included--pull selected stat from server, sort in descending order.  Clan ops would obviously require more work but since it's the same basic premise, they are either extremely over-complicating things or just incompetent.  I could do all this single-handedly in a spreadsheet in one day, obviously without all the bells and whistles but im just trying to get my point across.  These delays are just unacceptable for a franchise of this size and networth.  If you can't meet a deadline--FIND MORE HELP!!!

    clan challenges where out yesterday early morning before the dlc drop, i got to enlist my clan in it, but it went away, so i talked to activision and even they knew that it was posted and didnt know why it was taken off, i guess it is out for crap box right now, but my guess there will be another update and then clan challenegs will be out, i mean your only gonna get like 400 xp max, not that great esp for a higher level clan

      if its anything like clan ops was, they posted a few, got in to trouble, then we didn't see anymore for a month

        Getting real sick and tired of being sick and tired of Beachheads crappy shenanigans/service/pathetic excuses.

         

        Here a short run-down of our woes the last 9 months!

         

        November = LAUNCH FAIL

        December = RE-LAUNCH FAIL

        January = NEW YEAR FAIL

        February = CLAN OPS LAUNCH FAIL

        March = APOLOGIES FAIL

        April = FOUNDER GLITCH FAIL

        May = GENERIC/FAIL AS STANDARD FAIL

        June = DLC 50% OFF SALE FAIL!

        July = CLAN CHALLENGES 8 MONTHS LATER FAIL!

         

        August = YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE

        September = SAME CLAN OPS FOR 8 MONTHS FAIL!??!

        October = BO2 IS NEARLY OUT AND I SPENT MONEY ON THIS = FAIL!

         

        November = BLACK OPS 2 = WELCOME BACK VAHN AND 3ARC, HOW I'VE MISSED YOU AND YOUR SUPPORT!

         

        ....And thats how Elite went in its first and LET HOPE A\ND PRAY Last Year of this utter diabolical, epiccally ridiculous piece of crap called Elite, Beachhead, The Beachhead guy on here, and Elite_Help. You will not be missed!
