Is there any real reason or is it the devs just couldn't be bothered? I'm sure the game would run alot smoother if we could do this.
We've been asking forever.
I wouldn't waste your breathe tbh.
They want us to buy a Xbox.
Considering alot of the game is already saved to the HD, does it really matter. Think about it. Do you own a PC? Ever play a game on there? Isn't it saved to the HD? But you still need the disk to play it. Anti-piracy, is what it is.
I think about 14 Megabyte's are saved to the HDD for any CoD until the DLC comes out, then it goes to about 1 Gigabyte (though Black Ops made it to 4 because of Zombies if I remember correctly).
I think I was about the Twentieth to make a thread about this in the BlOps forum a few months ago. Though, I meant just loading data and what not. Figured the games, in theory, would run smoother. Like the arkham games or Heavy Rain.
Yeah Gran Turismo 5 has this option and once you do the loading times are decreased by alot,
I only just played the X-Box version for the first time the other day and found out they had this option, Just wondering since it's a direct port why don't we?.
They install the entire game. I think it's something that the XBOX just has designed in it, opposed to the PS3 designed to read Blu-rays. I think Blu-Rays are meant to load a lot slower than DVDs are.
