Still have not gotten my Prestige token for buying Elite...

I bought Elite before the promotion period ended and i still have not gotten my token... I've reset my system cache and logged out of Elite and stuff, but still no token. Any ideas on how i can recieve it?
Try going to the Elite website and logging in. Have you got your 2 hours of double xp yet?
I haven't gotten anything yet either. About a week ago now (i think), I logged on to elite and it said that I got the token and stuff, however I when on mw3 and I did not get one...
I'm still waiting for it, I could use one right now.
no i have not recieved the xp. i have logged into Elite multiple times. idk whats wrong
http://activision.custhelp.com You can report your problem here. I believe they will deal with Elite. I used the live chat to report my missing token when i presiged.
Yeah I signed up on christmas day, during the promotion period, and still havent gotten my presitge token or double xp. I've had my elite account synched with my xbl account on pc and my xbox since I signed up. I've sent activision a message/email and they have not gotten back to me. terrible customer service.
I have not recieved mine either.I have talk to 3 tech spec. on live chat and they just keep telling me that they'll have to send it in for investigation.The second time I even sent a copy of my transaction with the date for when I purchased it,so I don't know what needs to be investigated.This is really starting to frustrate me,but what should I expect from a company full of empty promises.
