My application of the PS3 ELITE Showcase gives the error and back to menu.

Yesterday I was in the tournament for Team Deathmatch I was in 23rd place my teammate in 92 th place will receive 2 Gold Badge, he received his, I do not I have my Showcase empty, sending here a picture as proof that I was in tournament. I hope to solve the the problem fast, because I paid to have the ELITE to be working as it should be and not to have problems with it, I hope to get the badges I earned

Anybody know i have to do?

I won GOld badge in FFA and don,t appear to.
