Thank you for the update.. you must know that at times we come across as angry mofos but we just want what we purchased ya know..

Clan Ops should have been in final testing way before Elite was released, especially if Activision was going to advertise that as a selling point for the service over 6 months ago.  I ordered a hardened edition of this game for that fact alone, and the feature is still not available. 

The sad part is, that while I may not of have purchased Elite knowing clan ops were unavailable, I would have still purchased MW3 and bought Elite later, as a working product.  Now, I'll always remember that time Activision cheated millions of people out of three months worth of product.

For shame Activision.

I didn't say for shame on Beachead.  They don't make the money decisions.  Activision owns them.  If anyone made the call to release the product to early, it had to be Activision.  Activsion definitely made the decision to release information that led a great majority of us to believe clan ops etc would be part of the initial release. 

Given the choice, I'm sure these developers didn't want to release something that was going to disappoint people.  At least, I hope that wasn't the case.

I don't think I could scare a development team if I had to, but I will certainly tell them that I would re-evalutate what kind of people I'm working for.  Activision and Beachead had the chance to do something great for a franchise worth a ton of money, and make a good living doing it.  There's a chance they'll still be able to make this service something great, but whoever made the call to put Elite out there in the form we received it should really be asking themselves if they're fit to lead, and those people around them should be politely saying no.

Beachhead i respect that you are trying to keep us informed a little but in order to gain the full respect of everyone that bought elite you have to give us a specific date or a rough estimate so we have something to look forward too. I am the leader of a clan with 95 members in it and everyday my members ask me when clan operations are coming and everyday i have to tell them the same thing, soon... please for everyone, give us a date so you can get all these monkeys off ur back and make people proud to buy ur service and not constantly ***** about it. 1 week? 2 weeks? a month? GIVE US SOMETHING PLEASE!

in final stages of testing REALLY didnt you have a beta b4 the main launch to test these things out wasnt this meant to be a fully functional purchase at main launch ??? 5 dayd from 3 months later and your testing parts of elite that should of been fully tested and working 3 bloody months ago, if i was a estate agent and you just gave me 400 grand for a house but i said you need to wait 2 years before i give the keys to you i need make sure theres no problems with it would you be happy with that NO you wouldnt you have had my money on what was advertised to be a fully working great extra to cod before release day 1 BIG MESSY UNPROFESSIONAL PROBLEMS and 3 months on still NOT WORKING AS SHOULD BE NO CLAN OPS OR CHALLENGES every single founder and premium member deserves their money back as a 90 year old granny with a zimmer frame moves quicker than you ffrom what i can see with the progress you bairly made so far
