Aim bot gitch fixed, but the assault killstreaks not?!

So they have time to fix a glitch they fonded not so long ago in a simple patch but the assault killstreaks patch is still not here, Its 01/02/2012!!

What about the damage proficiency glitch? is that fixed yet?
