I'm in the same boat.  I started a clan.  I was able to send invites to 2 people on my friends list they accepted.  However, my friends list is only showing 5 friends and its not letting me see my complete list.  Also, if I use the search function, I can find the player, but there is no "invite to clan" button or option.  So basically I only have to ability to invite those 5 people MW3 has chosen to show up on my "Manage Clan" page.  My 3 person clan, hasn't accumulated 1 point, even though 2 of our 3 members are founders.  Also, I can't join any Clan Operations, which I thought were going live on the 30th.  I understand having issues, but keeping us in the dark, on the progress of identifying issues, and then fixing them is non-existent.  I agree, at this point I paid $40 for map packs, and I feel a tad robbed, considering what was advertised for the "Elite' service.

In the same exact boat. I've been able to invite one person into my clan, and they also have elite. No such luck with anyone else

Ok there are a couple of things going on here.

Firstly, Evangelice, if you send me your gamertag/PSNID, I'll have the guys check to see whether you got your 2XP. Want to make sure you get this.

Regarding this issue, the Clan invite search -- the search box there lets you search through your invites, NOT search for other players. That's pretty confusing, I know. We're working on it. We're also working on "applications" or letting your friends apply to join your Clan. That's slated for January.

Since we rolled out a couple of Clan fixes last week, we are hoping some of these issues are addressed. Please try and clear your browser cache and cookies before restarting your browser. If you are still having problems please let us know. There's now a Beachhead sub-forum for these kind of issues.

Ok I set up a clan and sent out invites and on my clan management they say pending but 4 days later and the invites are not been sent to my friends yet? I originally joined another clan and used my founder 500xp so is this a problem that has stopped me from setting uP my own clan? Or will the invites eventually go to the desired destinations?

I have been having very similar problems & I have found the only way I can invite someone is by being on the career page and putting the id into the search box then selecting the name I want from the list & once i'm looking at their playercard i select the invite button. This works for me but the search boxes you find on the manage clan do not. I have also noticed that even with this process some people do not have an invite button and I assume these people have not made an elite account and therefore there would be no way of delivering the invite so that is why there is no invite button (I assume, I don't know for sure). There has also been times when I have sent out invites but there was no record of it in pending invites but the next day they had been received and they were also in the pending invites list

I have the problem too but I have trouble even inviting them in the first place. I managed to get one friend onto my clan but from now on there is no friends in my friends list AND when I mangae my clan it wont even let me type people's name in. There is no chance for me to add people even when i search their profile....it only give me the option to track them etc. but not to add them to clan! THIS SHOULD BE FIXED! Its been months now since the release of the game and Elite, I have founder status and this still isnt working for me. SHOCKING
