What's also a brilliant touch is I have Elite Premium/founder... Yey maps. Oh wait now i've got it I can't play them on Hard Core.
Now what the hells that about? Literally Elite is the most falsely advertised COD product i've ever seen. What good are the new maps if I can't play them on my game mode on day of release? Also they give it a separate game type despite there a) being only 2 maps and b) taking away other game types claiming they don't want to spread players to thin. LOOOOOOL indeed.
So i now have the two new maps and have never played them, save for a game of survival to see what they look like. Rip off much?

Dude, Elite costs less for the 12 maps and spec ops than buying the individual map packs does...Also there are some other features that you could take advantage of if you wanted.
Pretty much buy the dlc with elite or don't and stop complaining about it.

i bought Elite because in the long run its cheaper than buying the map packs sep. To people who buy map packs rest of Elite is free anyway, i persoanlly don't use it, only for the map packs.

That's not what he is complaining about, he thinks that you should get the maps free with Elite or be able to buy them separately.
My opinion on this is if I pay for all the maps, I want them immediately, I'm not blindly giving my money to a company that promises everything and delivers nothing.
As for Elite, I can't get it to work properly, so as far as I'm concerned you're just paying for the maps.
And, unless I'm mistaken, they promised 20 pieces of DLC, anything else is hearsay, even if stealth clown says it!
So as for being cheaper, we'll see.........

1) Aside from Black Ops all CoD DLC was generally first released in March or April. You're technically not getting the DLC any later than usual. You don't want to pay for all the DLC upfront? That's fine but don't complain about not having early access.
2) After a few matches in each map you'll know them just as well as the Elite members. CoD maps generally aren't hard to figure out and memorize. If it's that big of a deal you could always run through a few private matches with friends.
And out of curiousity... what are the problems you had with Battlefield?

Yeah, 20 pieces, but they count each map, mode and spec ops mission as a "piece" of DLC...

For the record...by the time you get these maps specifically we'll have other maps to play already and it won't matter. :]

Isn't the March release going to be 4 maps?

But releasing the maps to everyone at the same time means a full spectrum of playlists and lots of players playing them - the only reason IW would release earlier is to sell the Elite service - which does not work, hence the underhand sales techniques.
